The products should be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.
The products must be unopened, with all the original packaging intact. Once the product is opened or used, then refund or exchange is not applicable due to hygiene and personal safety.
Any unopened product bought from VAPEZU online or VAPEZU stores can be exchanged within 12 Hours from the date of purchase.
